2. Daily / Operational Checks

- Sensors and indicators: Check that pH, chlorine, conductivity, and free chemical meters are working correctly.
3. Weekly / Periodic Maintenance
- Pump cleaning and lubrication: Mechanical parts are regularly inspected and cleaned.
- Pipes and connections: Inspected for leaks, blockages, and corrosion.
- Tank and solution control: Check for chemical precipitation or degradation.
- Dosing accuracy test: Pump output is measured and compared to the target dosage.
4. Monthly / Detailed Maintenance
- Sensor calibration: pH, chlorine, or other sensors are checked according to factory calibration.
- Pump performance test: The efficiency of diaphragm or peristaltic pumps is measured, and parts are replaced if necessary.
- Chemical pipeline cleaning: If there is sediment, precipitation, or crystal formation, it is cleaned.
- Safety equipment check: Gas masks, eye wash stations, and alarm systems are tested.
5. Annual / Comprehensive Maintenance
- General performance and safety audit of the entire system is carried out.
- Pump diaphragms, seals, and valves are replaced.
- Storage tanks are cleaned, and chemical compatibility is checked.
- Automation and SCADA systems are tested, and data recording is verified.
6. Safety and Operating Notes
- Use of protective equipment is mandatory when working with chemicals.
- Care must be taken against the risk of chemical reactions when emptying pumps or tanks.
- All maintenance operations must be recorded, and a routine maintenance schedule should be created.
