The difference between silicone spray and PTFE spray

While silicone spray forms a water-repellent and slippery film on surfaces, PTFE spray provides very low-friction and more durable dry lubrication. PTFE is preferred for more technical and heavy-load applications, whereas silicone is chosen for general maintenance and protection.
