CLARIFICATION TEXT UNDER THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

This clarification text has been prepared by Boğaziçi Endüstriyel Yağlar Kimyevi Maddeler Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("Company") as a data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL").

• To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed
• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data
• To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems
• To request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data
