Which bearing grease should be used in electric motors?

Bearing greases in electric motors should be selected based on motor speed, temperature, and electrical load; typically, synthetic or lithium complex-based greases with NLGI 1–2 and a temperature resistance of 120–200 °C are preferred. For inverter motors, greases with low conductivity should be used.
