High-performance cutting oil properties

High-performance cutting oils are special formulations developed to extend tool life and improve surface quality, especially in difficult-to-machine metals (alloy steels, stainless steel, titanium, etc.). Their main features are:

  • Easily reaches the cutting zone
  • Maintains a balance between lubrication and chip transport

9. Long service life

  • Resistant to bacterial growth and degradation (especially in emulsion types)
